If you are not familiar with ZARA, I encourage you to check it out. They are maybe a little more expensive than H&M, but in my opinion its better quality.

ZARA is introducing the new TRF ColorDresses Collection this spring!! Think bright colors and vibrant florals...EVERYTHING I'm obsessed with at the moment!! :) Each piece will cost under $70.
